Cancellation Policy 

All cancellations need at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you lose your paid-for class. If ETL cancels with less than 48 hours notice, you get a FREE class. Students need to email English Teacher Lisa at englishteacherlisam@gmail.com with the time and date of your proposed new booking and wait for booking confirmation within 48 hours.
 
Class Duration 

Each class is a minimum of 40 minutes via Zoom this includes 30 minutes of Conversational English with a 10 minute review

Technical issues

Zoom is extremely reliable but if you have electricity or technical problems from your side, I cannot be responsible, if you miss a class or part of a class. For quality control purposes, classes are not recorded, but if they are will always be  immediately deleted and should NEVER be shared via social media or otherwise classes are for individual students private educational use only.
 
If there are technical issues on ETL's any time lost will be added to the class, if time permits, or added to an upcoming class at an agreed time between teacher and student.

Pricing conditions

40 minute classes are 30 minutes of Conversational English and 10 minute   review questions/ free talk.

Class packages must be used within (16 weeks or 4 months). Unused classes outside of the proposed time frame will expire and cannot be redeemed.

A 100% refund of unused classes can be made within 2 weeks from the date of purchase no refunds can be issued outside of this time limit.
 
Scheduling conditions  

Students are responsible to check their scheduled classes in the online scheduling system. ETL is not responsible for wrong booking times or dates.

Scheduled times in the online scheduling system are in Eastern European time and day.

I recommend using a time converter. You can pay for and reserve classes anytime you want 24/7.
